I planned, managed and successfully delivered the three Peroni event productions simultaneously, working closely and efficiently with all three production teams, keeping a tight steer on the budget and all deliverables.
The productions included the bespoke Peroni bar at GQ Men of the Year Awards, and wrapped branded bars at Ascot and the Glamour Women of the Year awards. From initial scoping, budgets, briefs, ideas for production development, sourcing suppliers, research, asset creation, media/ asset library management and archiving, drink aware compliance, health and safety, and on-site support with installation and delivery on event day.
