I ran the company Instagram page, promoting the pop up for the 7 days before, and then did all content creation and reels/ posts, ran polls, competitions and giveaways, generated engagement from their followers and communicated with customers on Instagram and in person at the pop-up.
I also did in person promo around the Shoreditch area during the pop-up. A 2% increase in followers was observed over the weekend from the combination of in-person and online engagement.
