I was on the production team for the manor retreat collaboration between NOCTA and Drake.
I coordinated and managed the spa, alongside the hair salon over the 2 days of the retreat. This managing the appointment system, escorting VIP guests to their appointments and managing the services teams that included the masseuses, the nail techs, the barbers, hair dressers and the makeup artist.
It was a very reactive brief, working across both areas and across the entire manor to fulfil requests to ensure operations ran smoothly and VIP guests had the best experience.
