I served as the content producer at the Four Corners stage, curated by Recess at the outdoor edition of Boiler Room. I oversaw a large team of film and digital photo, video and social media staff for the the span of the day.
I coordinated staff the call sheet, staff access and arrival, DJ arrivals and transitions on and off stage, assisted with people flow in the DJ booth and helped content staff with content creation.
I coordinated the team across the outdoor space, managed all video and photo briefs, gave creative direction support to creators to maintain brand vision, ensured all deliverables were completed and wrapped post event handover for all of the media produced from the day.
